The game doesn't crash for me and so far it hasn't ever crashed for anyone else up to this point, so I can't reproduce this. Can you please tell me what error message you are getting?
I restarted the game and it didn't crash this time. But I talked to him before the first day at the shop this time. Last time I talked to him on the way out from the first day at the shop, when you are on your way to the inn.
I tried to replicate this behaviour based on what you described, however, I haven't had a single crash during any of my tests. I guess I'll have to add this to my list of misteries then. Thanks for the report anyway. :)

No error it just crashed to desktop.

a little hard in the first day that have time limit, and the night time is pure rng, i just skip the night
Actually, there's no rng. You just have to press Enter in the right time to end up with three hearts in a row. This may take a little practice.
